ZR-MITL / MITL-450A Dust Layer Minimum Ignition Temperature Tester

The Dust Layer Minimum Ignition Temperature Tester is an instrument used to determine the minimum temperature of a hot surface at which a dust layer of specified thickness ignites on the heated surface.

This MITL-450A Dust Layer Minimum Ignition Temperature Tester is mainly applied for dust explosion risk assessment in production and processing sites involving aluminum powder, zinc powder, plastic powder, intermediates of organic synthetic pharmaceuticals, wheat flour, sugar, wood dust, dyestuff, bakelite ash, milk powder, tea powder, tobacco powder, coal dust, plant fiber dust, etc. It measures the minimum ignition temperature of dust in an accumulated state.
