Introduction:

  • NCF ISO1182 BS476-6 Non-combustibility Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with EN ISO1182 standard , it is mainly for building products testing.

  • NCF ISO1182 BS476-6 Non-combustibility Tester is mainly used in the non-combustibility test for building materials, and is suitable for classification of combustion performance of Class A fireproof materials.

  • NCF ISO1182 BS476-6 Non-combustibility Tester is suitable for both composite products and materials of the components testing.

  • NCF ISO1182 BS476-6 Non-combustibility Tester is also comply to BS 476-4 & 11 and IMO FTP Part 1 standards. So it can also test UK building materials, railway materials and non-metallic products of vessel.

Features:

  • Non-Combustibility Furnace measures in-combustibility and combustibility of uniform building material and non-uniform building material of actual element.

  • The evaluations (results) are rising temperature in the furnace, basic mass loss and ignition of specimen.

  • Single Zone Furnace operable at up to 900 oC with the Kanthal Ribbon Heater.

  • 750±5oC temperature automatically control by PID and Power controller.

  • Provided with stabilized voltage supply for more quick temperature stabilization.

  • Equipped with 3 thermocouples, for temperature in furnace, specimen center, and specimen surface respectively.
