1、 Applicable scope

This foam horizontal and vertical combustion tester is applicable to evaluating the horizontal combustion performance of small foam plastic samples with density less than 250kg/m3 measured according to ISO 845:1985 in small flame under laboratory conditions. (Classification method for HF-1, HF-2 vertical combustion, and HBF horizontal combustion based on UL94 standard differentiation)

2、 Related technical parameters

1. Environmental temperature: -10 ℃ to 30 ℃;

2. Relative humidity: ≤ 85%;

3. Power supply voltage and power: 220V ± 10%, 50Hz, power less than 100W;

4. Microcontroller control, automatic timing reading, and automatic display of test related time.

5. Bunsen lamp material: brass, inner diameter: 9.5mm ± 0.3mm. Bunsen lamp can tilt within the range of 0-45 °;

6. Bensheng lamp blue flame height: 15mm-100mm adjustable, equipped with flame height ruler;

7. Vertical adjustment distance of sample holder: ≤ 100mm Horizontal adjustment distance of sample holder: ≤ 70mm;

8. The Bunsen burner automatically ignites, and the ignition time can be set arbitrarily. The burner can be controlled and moved automatically;

9. Gas source: Industrial grade methane gas, with a concentration not less than 98% and a calorific value of (37+1) MJ/m ³, A regulator and pressure gauge are required to ensure uniform airflow. Other calorific values are (37+1) MJ/m ³ The mixed gas source or calorific value is (94+2) MJ/m ³ Propane gas can also yield similar results. When there is controversy, industrial grade methane gas should be chosen. Note: The gas source and connecting head are provided by the user themselves

10. External dimensions: width 1160mm x depth 600mm x height 1310mm (including feet) mm;

11. Combustion test area volume: > 0.5 cubic meters, length * width * height approximately 900mm x 590mm x 1050mm, black background, background illumination ≤ 20Lux
