DW-06 type ignition temperature tester

The DW-06 ignition temperature tester is designed and manufactured by Beijing Xinsheng Zhuorui Technology Co., Ltd. and Xunyu Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with GB4610-2008 "Determination of Ignition Temperature by Plastic Hot Air Furnace Method" and GB/T9343-2008 "Determination of Flash Ignition Temperature and Spontaneous Combustion Temperature of Plastic Combustion Performance Test Method". It meets the requirements of GB4610-2008 and ISO871-2006 standards, and is used to assist in testing the combustion and flame retardant properties of plastic materials.

Experimental principle:

In the heating chamber of the hot air furnace, different heating patterns are used, and a small flame is used to directly ignite the escaping gas at the opening above the furnace to determine the flash temperature. The self ignition temperature is measured using the same method as the flash ignition temperature, but no flame is applied.

Main technical parameters:

1. Customized ceramic tubes with an inner diameter of 100mm ± 5mm, a length of 240mm ± 20mm, and a temperature resistance of not less than 750 ℃;

2. The inner diameter of the inner tube is 75mm ± 2mm, the length is 240mm ± 20mm, and the temperature resistance is not less than 750 ℃;

3. The flame height of the butane igniter can be adjusted freely from 10mm to 20mm;

4. The temperature inside the furnace can remain constant at any temperature between (150-750) ℃;

5. Equipped with flow meters for precise control of gas flow rate;

6. The insulation layer is composed of insulation mineral wool with a thickness greater than 60mm, and is wrapped in stainless steel externally;

7. Three thermocouples and temperature instruments are used to detect the temperature inside the furnace and the temperature of the sample;

8. The sample container is made of stainless steel;

9. Timer accuracy of 0.01s, time recording range: 0-9999.9S (can be preset);

10. Automatic temperature control program;

11. Environmental temperature: Room temperature to 40 ℃; Environmental humidity: ≤ 75%;
