JF-3 Digital Oxygen Index Tester

The digital oxygen index tester developed and produced by Beijing Xinsheng Zhuorui Technology Co., Ltd. and Xunyu Technology Co., Ltd. is used to evaluate the combustion performance of polymers under specified test conditions, that is, to determine the volume percentage concentration of the lowest oxygen that exactly maintains combustion of the polymer.

1、 Scope of application:

It is applicable to the determination of combustion performance of plastics, rubber, fiber, foam plastics, film, film, textile and other materials.

1. Adopting imported oxygen sensors, the digital display of oxygen concentration does not require calculation, with higher accuracy and a range of 0-100%;

12. Working pressure: nitrogen 0.05-0.15Mpa, oxygen 0.05-0.15Mpa, oxygen/nitrogen mixed gas inlet: including stabilizing valve, flow regulating valve, gas filter, and mixing chamber.

13. The sample holder can be used for soft and hard plastics, textiles, fire doors, etc;   

14. Propane (butane) ignition system, flame length adjustable from 5mm to 60mm;   

15. Gas: Industrial nitrogen, oxygen, purity>99%; (Note: The gas source and connector should be provided by the user).

Tips: During the oxygen index tester test, one bottle of industrial grade oxygen/nitrogen gas with a minimum of 98% is required as the gas source. As these gases are high-risk transportation goods, they cannot be provided as accessories for the oxygen index tester and can only be purchased at the user's local gas station. (To ensure the purity of the gas, please purchase it at a local regular gas station)

16. Power requirements: AC220 (+10%) V, 50HZ;

18. Igniter: It is made of a metal tube and has a nozzle with an inner diameter of Φ 2 ± 1mm at the end, which can be inserted into the combustion cylinder to ignite the sample. The flame length is 16 ± 4mm and the size is adjustable;

19. Self supporting material sample clamp: can be fixed at the axis position of the combustion cylinder and can vertically clamp the sample;

20. Non self-supporting material sample clamp: It can fix both vertical edges of the sample on the frame at the same time (suitable for selecting materials such as textile film).

3、 Chassis structure:

1. Control box: It is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, and the steel plate spray box is electrostatically sprayed. The control part and the test part are controlled separately;

2. Combustion cylinder: High temperature resistant high-quality quartz glass tube (inner diameter of 75mm, length of 480mm), outlet inner diameter: 40mm;

3. Sample fixture: self-supporting fixture that can vertically clamp the sample; (Optional non self-supporting style frame), two sets of style clips meet different testing requirements; Style clip plug-in type, making it easier to place styles and style clips;

4. The diameter of the tail pipe hole of the long rod igniter is 2 ± 1mm, and the flame length of the igniter (5-50mm) can be adjusted arbitrarily.
