Fully‑Automatic High‑Temperature Oxygen Index Teste oxygen index tester: 25 ℃ ~ 150 ℃
YZS‑GW Model Fully‑Automatic High‑Temperature Oxygen Index Tester (Intelligent Type)

This fully‑automatic oxygen index tester, developed and manufactured by Beijing Xinsheng Zhuorui Technology Co., Ltd.
and Xunyu Technology Co., Ltd., is an instrument for testing the flame‑retardant performance of materials.

It determines the minimum oxygen concentration required to just sustain specimen combustion in a mixed gas of oxygen
and nitrogen under specified test conditions. It is applicable for combustion‑performance testing of plastics, rubbers,
electrical conduits, fibers, foamed plastics, sheets, films, textiles and other materials.
I. Product Advantages of Intelligent Fully‑Automatic Touch‑Screen Controlled Oxygen Index Tester
1. Full‑color touch‑screen control: Simply set the oxygen concentration value on the touchscreen.
The program will automatically adjust until oxygen concentration reaches equilibrium and emit a beep prompt,
eliminating manual oxygen‑concentration adjustment.
2. Stepper proportional valves are adopted to greatly improve flow‑control accuracy.
Closed‑loop control is implemented: in case of oxygen‑concentration drift during testing,
the program automatically readjusts back to the target value.
It overcomes the drawback of traditional oxygen index testers which cannot adjust oxygen concentration mid‑test,
and substantially enhances test accuracy.
II. Main Technical Parameters of Intelligent Fully‑Automatic Touch‑Screen Controlled Oxygen Index Tester
1. Imported oxygen sensor; digital direct readout of oxygen concentration with no manual calculation required, higher accuracy.
Measuring range: 0‑100%
2. Display resolution: 0.1
3. Digital resolution: ±0.1%
4. Touch‑screen setting for automatic program‑driven oxygen‑concentration adjustment
5. One‑click accuracy calibration
