Developed and manufactured by Beijing Xinsheng Zhuorui Technology Co., Ltd. and Xunyu Technology Co., Ltd., this digital oxygen index tester is used to evaluate the combustion performance of polymers under specified test conditions, namely to determine the minimum volumetric percentage concentration of oxygen at which polymers can just sustain combustion.

It is suitable for the combustion performance test of plastics, rubber, fibers, foamed plastics, sheets, films, textiles and other materials.
Adopts imported oxygen sensor; oxygen concentration displayed digitally without calculation, higher accuracy. Measuring range: 0–100%;

Propane (butane) ignition system, flame length adjustable from 5 mm to 60 mm;
Gas: Industrial nitrogen and oxygen, purity>99%; (Note: Gas source and connectors to be prepared by user).
Tips: For oxygen index test, one bottle of industrial oxygen and one bottle of industrial nitrogen (purity ≥98%) shall be used as gas source. These gases are classified as high-risk goods for transportation, so they cannot be supplied as accessories of the tester. Users shall purchase them from local gas stations.

Igniter: Made of metal tube with a nozzle of Φ2±1 mm inner diameter at the tip. It can be inserted into the combustion barrel to ignite samples. Flame length: 16±4 mm, adjustable;
Sample holder for self-supporting materials: Can be fixed at the axial center of combustion barrel and clamp samples vertically;
Sample holder for non-self-supporting materials: Can fix two vertical edges of the sample on the frame at the same time (optional, for textiles, films and similar materials).
Control cabinet: CNC machined, electrostatic sprayed steel sheet enclosure. The control section and test section are designed for separate control;
Combustion barrel: High temperature resistant premium quartz glass tube (inner diameter φ75 mm, length 480 mm), outlet inner diameter φ40 mm;
Sample clamps: Self-supporting clamp to hold samples vertically. Non‑self-supporting sample rack is optional. Two sets of clamps meet different test requirements. Plug‑in design for easier sample loading;
Long‑rod igniter: Tip bore diameter φ2±1 mm, igniter flame length adjustable within 5–50 mm.
